The buyers had walked by it many times on their way to the Metro and when the sign came up, their dream of staying in Takoma Park and moving to a larger house suddenly seemed real. Their dream came true.

I found this house for my buyer in April 2011.
It’s a cute bungalow on a gorgeous, tree-lined street in the Shepherd Park neighborhood of Washington, DC. Very close to downtown Silver Spring and downtown DC, a neighborhood filled with houses in all price ranges.
This house had what so many buyers want, an enchanting front porch to hang out on, and inside, great living spaces and even a yard for the dog.
It needed some updating, but the good bones were there. We looked at many houses, but we kept coming back to this one. A street named Holly is home for another buyer.
